  • Established US-India strategic partnership in the areas of Superconducting Radio Frequency accelerator development for Energy, Medicine, Environment and Particle Physics applications. Got an agreement signed (Jan 2015) between US-Department of Energy and Indian-Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) that enables Indian-DAE to make US$200-400M contributions towards US Department of Energy projects at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and enables US high technology industry to sell hardware to India, while protecting US IP.
  • Directed the international strategic partnership development with India, US-DOE Technical Coordinator, DOE-DAE (US-India) Discovery Science Collaboration, 2011 – 2014

     

    • Led the development of agreements between US and Indian governments, worked with the Dr. A. B. J. Kalam, President of India and Chairmen of Indian Atomic Energy Commission and Director, Office of Science, US Department of Energy, US Assistant Secretary of State and many US government agencies.

  • Directed the State-of-the-art Superconducting Cavities and Radio Frequency (SRF) power systems and controls, high precision Detector systems development at US and India laboratories and industries
